The Bell Rd project showcased the highest quality in fine carpentry as well as the use of projects scale construction methods. Included in the project were major earth works, extensive concrete and slab construction, as well as the most demanding of heritage building standards requiring traditional master carpentry skills.

A classically styled pavilion/guest house designed by heritage architects Cashmore & Colleagues, set amongst extensive semi tropical landscaping and traditional stonework, complete with tennis courts and underground parking, has clearly set a new standard in luxury residential construction.
