This project included significant modifications and additions to an existing multi-storey structure. KCL built an entirely new floor within the confines of an old building, installed new utility areas, provided interior fit-outs, upgraded all services and re-roofing a major portion of the facility. We effectively changed the use of the business, adding significant value to the client’s property, reflected in the client gaining substantial rental increases.
