Our Team
Each member of our team can provide references from customers, consultants and sub-contractors to confirm they are at the ‘top of their game’ in both current and previous endeavours. The management team is continually exposed to new learning through courses and training. Each project provides new challenges, and through our ‘team approach,’ we consciously drive ‘organisational learning’, gaining IP and building new insights.
Our team members have never been in breach of the law and have never been bankrupt or in a public dispute with staff and clients. We are very proud of our team and clients. Our success has come from meticulous planning, attention to detail and good staff selection.
Our Director
Martyn Kemp
For the past forty-four years, I have been involved with most facets of the building industry, from constructing luxury homes to large commercial buildings.
Today, our company builds and re-fits commercial buildings for clients who know us well. Over the years, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the building industry with its many associated trades, resulting in a significant network of strong construction partnerships. I pride myself on being able to relate well with multiple stakeholders who are involved in the construction process.
